- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Progressive is the worst insurance I've ever dealt with. Every time I call the employees are not helpful. I got charged an over draft fee through my bank account because they decided to take an insurance payment out AFTER it was canceled. Refunded the money but refuse to refund me 37$ for their mistake.
